nomadic leadership of change
Navigating a sustainable, self-willed compass in 5 steps
A nomadic method of (managing) transitions contains all the elements to realistically shape one's own mode of change: setting strategic direction, navigating one's own Change Compass and designing the change route with the people affected by the change. Each step is well-considered. During the development path you gain a lot of knowledge and inspiration about change, your own style of change and how you can make a meaningful, connecting journey with pioneers and stakeholders in your organization.
Each path incorporates the five dimensions of the Inner Development Goals model: Thinking, Connecting, Being, Collaborating & Doing. In this way, the change process is supported by inner development, where appropriate.
Consciously changing from self-wisdom and with personal leadership creates a natural pace. You act more and more effortlessly from your intuition and also your confidence grows to navigate each step of the change process. In this way, you not only create lasting impact, but also grow as a leader. Or as a Pioneer, if that is your role in the change.
What is self-wisdom?
Self-wisdom lives in each of us. So you and your colleagues have it, too. It is the power to act from your head, heart or gut and feel it is right. It means listening to your inner compass, growing through experiences, embracing your strengths as well as your vulnerabilities, and learning from every step with confidence in yourself.
This wisdom helps you find deeper meaning in what you experience, how you contribute and to make wise choices. It is already within you, ready to be discovered and guide you in any difference you want to make.
The bootcamps, meetups and tools deployed along the way have proven to make an immediate impact
