Leading transitions
Navigate in 5 steps with a sustainable, self-willed compass
Our transition management method encompasses all the elements needed to realistically shape your own change process: setting a strategic course, navigating the (Team) Change Compass, and designing the change journey with the people affected by the change. You'll take each step carefully. Throughout the development process, you'll gain valuable knowledge and inspiration about change, your own change style, and how to create a meaningful, connecting journey with pioneers and stakeholders in your organization.
Each step in the change process is supported by development of the capacity to change, where necessary.
Consciously changing from your own wisdom and with personal leadership creates a natural pace. You'll act more effortlessly from your intuition, and your confidence to navigate each step of the change process will grow. This way, you not only create a lasting impact but also grow as a leader. Or as a Pioneer, if that's your role in the change.
What is self-wisdom?
Self-wisdom lives within each of us. So you and your colleagues have it too. It's the power to act from your head, heart, or gut and feel that it's right. It means listening to your inner compass, growing through experience, embracing your strengths and vulnerabilities, and learning from every step with confidence.
This wisdom helps you find deeper meaning in what you experience, how you contribute, and make wise choices. It's already within you, ready to be discovered and guided in every difference you want to make.
The workshops, meetings and tools we use along the way have proven to have an immediate effect
development paths
1:1 Development Path: Leading Change
In 4-6 months, you'll sharpen your change ambitions, develop a personal approach to change, and acquire valuable (inner) change skills. The journey encompasses everything you need to prepare for change, design a process together with pioneers and stakeholders, and successfully facilitate it, all while maintaining control. I'll inspire you with my nomadic method, filled with creative formats and tools; you'll get started and find me by your side when needed.
What this path brings you:
- You will gain a clear understanding of what you are working towards and how you will achieve this with a results-oriented plan.
- You strengthen your position and find your own change style and approach.
- You lead sessions with more confidence and creativity.
- You work from your inner compass and increase your impact from within.
- You see how those involved connect with the change goal and take action.
This is the right path for you
If you want to make a lasting (social) difference in or with your organization and want to further develop your personal style of leading change. This can be done in a role as director, project manager, program manager, or team leader, but also as a board member.
Over the course of 3-6 months, a group of pioneers will be gradually prepared and guided in their role during the upcoming transition or change. Together, they will learn and develop a way of leading and navigating their change process.
We work on the framework of their role, the way they collaborate, the challenges they face, and the necessary change skills. We do all this work in educational boot camps at an inspiring location. This includes online modules to develop change knowledge and skills at your own pace.
What can I expect?
-
A change in mindset and change in skills that have an immediate effect in practice
-
A group that, together with a leader, motivates colleagues and stakeholders to participate towards the desired goal

For who?
The right path for a group of pioneers within the organization who want to fully contribute to a transition or change. A diverse group that understands and supports the organization's sustainable (social) impact.
In one day, we'll prepare a team or group for an upcoming change and work specifically on individual change skills and roles. We'll foster a change mindset with a deep dive into the why, how, and what of the change. We'll also establish agreements about the skills the group needs to develop and how they'll collaborate.

- Team Change Skills Compass to navigate through change
- Like-minded change mindset within the group
- Concrete agreements for further development of skills and mutual accountability
