A concluding conversation after a pleasant and inspiring collaboration with my client. Through our collaboration, she has become aware of her potential, has been able to make herself visible, and has established herself. I look back on the conversations and the work we did together with gratitude and joy. Her eagerness to learn in leading projects has yielded two successful results that colleagues at this bridge-builder are very pleased with.
