In my role as process counsellor, I encounter teams of different types. I can bring movement into their process. For example, towards a different organisation or a transition in identity. But that does not always happen by itself. Adélka Vendl taught me that provocation brings air and space for movement. With humour, with exaggeration, with improvisation. And a good portion of guts. In two days of active work, I discovered how you can provoke a team with warmth, so that they start to move and reach their goal. Not being nice, but doing nice ('tough love'). And especially laughter!
