In my role as a process facilitator, I encounter teams from all walks of life. I get to spark momentum in their process. For example, towards a different organizational structure or a transition in identity. But that doesn't always happen naturally. Adélka Vendl taught me that provocation creates space and air for movement. With humor, with exaggeration, with improvisation. And a healthy dose of courage. In two active days, I discovered how to provoke a team with warmth, so they get moving and achieve their goal. Not just being nice, but acting nice ('tough love'). And above all, laugh!
