What if the world situation hadn't changed so drastically in recent months...? I'd like to invite you to take a moment to reflect on that. The past few months have been intense and sometimes very sad. For me too. What allows us to navigate this? Our ability to be aware of what is there, to persevere, and to find our joy. And also to pay attention to others. That can warm a human heart.
