Change is not an end in itself-it is a movement that comes from within. As a change nomad and quartermaster, I help leaders, frontrunners and teams to not only implement change, but to truly live it. With over 25 years of experience in transitions and organizational development, I guide processes that are not imposed top-down, but are broadly supported and sustainably anchored.
My strength lies in connecting strategy and humanity. I help organizations and teams develop a change mindset in which mental resilience and collective innovativeness are central. Because only when people themselves take ownership of change does a culture emerge in which growth occurs effortlessly.
You will recognize me by a calm, empathetic and entrepreneurial approach. I listen, observe and work participatively-always with an eye for group rhythm, clear communication and decisiveness.

We live in an interim where old structures are no longer adequate and new forms of cooperation are needed. In this liminal phase, we discover the need to break old patterns and build a better world together.
This calls for leaders who embrace powerful vulnerability and compassion and work with pioneers to explore the unknown territories and unearth new opportunities. This allows them to sometimes sit back and make room for the innovative power of the collective.
I believe that encouraging inner development and unleashing the potential of each individual is essential to making this mode of change possible. That is what I contribute to with love.

I am committed to encouraging that any change or transition is a sustainable source of energy. We live in an age of change, so let's make sure that the process of change is enjoyable and fulfilling. And not go for less. I am committed to a widely shared change mindset that allows us to live and feel through the needed transitions and changes from our own wisdom, vulnerable strength and experience and do so as collectively as possible.

The Inner Development Goals (IDG) invite you to look at your change skills with an open mind and discover which ones are meaningful for you to strengthen. They were originally developed to make the world more sustainable, but they are also a powerful way for you to grow as a leader or pioneer who steers from head, heart and gut and thus realize your unique contribution to perhaps a completely different (social) theme.
Be inspired by science as well as your intuition, and experience how these skills help you lead more consciously, pioneer,embrace change andactfrom your deepestvalues. In this way you can develop the skills that really suit you and make a lasting difference.
